Work out Admin API authentication and authorization #82

With the basic authentication in place, we can start building out the rest which gives us some time to work on a longer-term solution.

Let's start by completing the items below and then use this issue as a checklist for things to implement and test.

Authentication sources

[x] Username and Password
[x] Social Login (GitHub/Google)
[ ] (Future) Solana Wallet

Permissions

[ ] Global
- [x] User can log in to Mogami Admin API
- [x] User has a Admin or User role
- [ ] Admin users can manage any content in the API (apps/users/etc)
[ ] Per App (tenant)
- [ ] User can create a new App
- [ ] When creating the App, it will create an AppTeam with the user as Owner
- [ ] An Owner of an App can add new Members to the App
