Add a Discord post my stats feature #27

Thinking through this, it may be fun to have the ability to login to your Discord account from the Word Sprint tool, and have an option to Share Last Sprint stats (as an alternative to screenshotting)

No mechanism in the API to post as a user, so would likely require a bot user which would be added to a particular channel

Not likely to happen in most instances, and too big of a lift for a simple project like this.
