Feature request: Add stopwatch/word sprint that counts up functionality #51

Timed word sprints are nice and a great way to get words onto the page quickly, but sometimes you're not sure how long you want to write for. Would it be possible to add a mode where there's no set length for the sprint, and instead the timer counts up (as a stopwatch)? The sprint could still be ended manually anytime by the user, and having a count-up mode could be a good precursor to implementing other types of goals (such as words written in sprint, or nearest 1k words in file).

Love this suggestion. we could call it marathon mode :). I've often thought a stopwatch just to track things during would be a fun feature.
