Set word sprint length from leaf #8

It might be useful to change the word sprint length setting to simply be a default word sprint length and then allow users to set the word sprint length from the word sprint leaf before starting the sprint. This could be useful for situations where another person decides the length of the word sprint.

Since we now have this functionality, I am closing this issue.
