What is the source of Finnic?

Possibly delete.

Yeah, I replied to this in some other issue. Delete Finnic_finn1318.csv and replace that with Finnish_finn1318.csv with me, Outi Vesakoski and Mervi de Heer as experts (native speakers). It was collected in 2017 (I checked).
