Redesign default templates #26

Changes:

Redesign templates
Add pathname to form submit action if it present in baseUrl config, fix 404 issue
Add noindex meta tag
Use native font for all templates

@pablof7z could we use squash and merge to keep cleaner history :D? the final commit always has the PR id so users could still dig into details. Just not to have a lot of "fix" commits.
