codebuild.md: known working codebuild example #38

Pretty straightforward buildspec. But it does seem like the default images (Amazon Linux 2) does not work with KIND.

My group uses KIND with codebuild. We never were able to get the Amazon Linux 2 images to work. Given https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kind/issues/1383 I thought sharing this known working example might help others.
