Lost Authy account

I use Authy for my 2FA, but I've lost the account on my Authy app. I cannot login to statamic because I don't have the ability to access authy or login and reset it in the app. How can I login?

You can delete or get your website administrator to delete the 2FA field data from your user file located at /users/youremail@example.com.
