Is it possible to create a bin file and take advantage of github actions? #4

Hi, Is it possible to create a bin file instead of compiling and uploading using Platform.io? I find the instructions very complex and the plugins may also have been updated. A simple bin file release would ease the process of flashing using ESP32 flasher.
