Explain your changes
I added new language - Serbian (latin). There was no existing PR with this language, so I added completely new one. I do not have translation experiences, besides being native born Serbian and 33 year old.
I consulted with friend that is content editor and Serbian teacher, and she verified strings and certain terms.
