Cache for puppetlabs-apache failes #53

If you cache puppetlabs-apache it failes because of puppetlabs-apache-0.5.0-rc1.

This returns 404, causing the server to die.

https://github.com/unibet/puppet-forge-server/pull/52 fixes this
