Making some changes to the init script. #11

It assumes that /usr/local/bin (or the puppet0forge-server start script) is in your path when that might not be the case on all systems.

The errors in this run have absolutely nothing to do with the changes I made... it's some amount of support ruby (json related) and is failing by default... Some work likely needs to be done around the support harness to get some success here.
