fixed issue with missing isolation param #17

Afrer running some tests with new version of NavContainerHelper figured out that I forgot to add Isolation parameter to Get-ALConfiguration.ps1 script

Thanks, btw Freddy removed the fallback into the HyhperV isolation and now it just shows warning...
