Support custom docker scripts (overrides). #29

I would like to add support for the Docker override scripts that will provide higher flexibility. Also, Init-ALEnvironment is ready to bypass custom scripts to New-NAVContainer.

Hi Jakub, You are writing about Init-AlEnvironment but there is no change for this file. Am I missing something?

Hi Kamil, Hmmm, I expected Init-ALEnvironment accepts my changes via $customScripts parameter, isn't it?
