Installation #24

Update disrupted installation process. Installation searches folder simdb/app, however this folder was moved (new path is: simdb/viewer/app). Moving this folder back to its previous position worked fine for installation, this however seems to disrupt the calling of the module.

the setup.py was not updated after restructuring the package.
