Currently, I haven't placed any specific licensing restrictions on the theme, which allows for inclusion in subsequent versions of WindTerm. Feel free to include it in your future releases, and I hope it enhances the overall user experience of WindTerm.

Download theme packs from the top content attachment of "Issue #1995". You need to create a "one-dark" folder in the "global\themes" directory in your WindTerm program directory and move the downloaded theme packages to one-dark. Now all you need to do is unzip the package.
