Messy code when using VIM in some linux server #878

In some linux server, there are messy code (ESC[?...) when using VIM. And I found it is normal in other software like XSHELL.

Thanks for your attention, my VIM version is 7.4.629, OS is Red Hat Enterprise release 6.10.
