Compatibility with R 3.6.3? #139

Hello,

I tried installing pomp again after not using it for a long time and it says that pomp is not yet available for 3.6.3. Will the package be updated soon so it can work on 3.6.3? My only option right now is to work with 3.5 and use version 1 of pomp, which entails editing the syntax for the codes.

Just installed 4.0 instead. Sorry for the bother!
