Sorry, I pressed a magical shortcut that sent this bug roport.

The issues is a property clash between two loaded (imported) ontologies that 
share
the same property or class names. For example, if you import foaf and doap,
foaf/doap:Project will be "merged" together. Only one of the two will be 
accessible. 

It appears that OWLDoc should should use the full URI to create the 
documentation,
and not only the name of the properties/classes.

This is the more serious issue I reported for OWLDoc.

All filenames generated now have a hash of the full uri appended to avoid these
conflicts.
