QaVis - Column element always over-paints a line element #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The order of the elements section does not matter
2. Line element + column element  means that the line is always "behind" the 
columns. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ordering should fix that

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

You don't have this issue in NG, we recommend start using NG to create charts 
(see
branch), more stable, performing, complete, etc.
