have you tryed with ciosx d2x v6?
it seem to be the same problem as with ios58 when loading from other loader
than mine or hbc...

The cIOS isn't the problem because the same problem occured with the old cIOS.
Things that describe the problem include:
-Only 4 NAND saves can be displayed
-Error: Unable to setUID
-Only Occurs when the app is not load directly from the Homebrew Channel
-No Exception DSI
When loaded from a non-Homebrew Channel loader:
It trys to load cIOS 249 then loads IOS 58
When use IOS 58 is turned on, it still cannot find the NAND information.
I have no idea why the loader behaves this way when loaded from something other
than Homebrew Channel. cIOSx d2x v6 will not fix the problem.

I too am getting this error. HBC 1.0.8 and I am currently running cIOS d2x_V7
that I got via CIOS PACK_v5 from Mauifrog's "Mod Any Wii" tutorial on WiiHacks.
Any help would be appreciated.

After some more reading I have fixed the problem. I was downloading just the
.dol file and not the HBC_Setup files. Sorry for any inconvenience.

so mmueller, it's invalid and caused by other loaders?
i think if you try now with usbloadergx, this will work(usbgx rev 1148)

@dj_sk
The problem is still present but only occurs when Savegame Manager GX is loader
from the Homebrew launcher of either Wii Explorer or Usb loader Gx.
Extract saves error: Unable to setUid
At this point in time it doesn't appear to be anything that you can fix, it
looks like Dimok should be notified of this error if he hasn't been already.
