would it be possible to impliment the code from Nintendo's "pink fish" disc 
please for proper extraction/installation of saves?

Sorry... I meant, possibly extracting the code from the "pink fish" disc to 
fully extract and install savegames from the console's nand without the need of 
having to play a certain game for the first time in order to replace a savegame.

The pink fish disk is a disk that Nintendo Repair Shops use to transfer data 
between wii consoles.
