R&G Argentum Coat reduces AGI & REA #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. make a character with STR 10 or less
2. buy the Mortimer of London Argentum Coat and equip it
3. check your stats

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should give you an Armor Rating of 12 if you're not wearing any other armor.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I noticed this happens for all Custom Fit (Stack) items when they are equipped 
solo. It seems to treat the solo armor rating as an armor bonus, reducing 
AGI/REA accordingly e.g. a STR 3 character wearing an Armor 10 Mortimer 
Greatcoat receives a -3 penalty.

I tried unchecking Equipped for the Custom Fit (Stack) option attached to an 
armor piece, but this made no change.

Custom Fit (Stack) armor works correctly when any other armor (even those not 
Custom Fit) is equipped.
