Recoil for weapons does not include the free 1 recoil #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set strength to 6
2. Add Ares Crusader II gun

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The RC is shown as 4, but should be 5. It is missing the free 1 RC everyone 
gets. It calculates your strength into the equation, so it should also 
calculate the 1 free RC that anyone gets. Otherwise it should only show the 
recoil of the gun.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.0.5.124, Windows 7
