What steps will reproduce the problem?

Knowledge skills calculates only the base attribute and does not add Karma 
spent on attributes.

Knowledge Skill hover over shows calculation of (int+Log) x 3 , SR5 core pg.89 
lists Knowledge Skills as (int + Log) x 2.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
build 5.131 (beta)

Same issue for Contacts not using total Charisma (base + Karma) when 
calculating Contact points
