Karma Mode does not work at charakter creation #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Char
2. Choose Karma instead of Priority 
3. Press OK

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't choose the Metatype, because the list is empty. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chummer 5 Version 0.0.5.139
OS: Windows 7 SP1 64bit
