What steps will reproduce the problem?
Running maven build

What is the expected output?
File in apk format

What do you see instead?
Error, Could not find tool 'aapt'.

What version of maven-android-plugin are you using?
3.5.3

What are the complete output lines of "mvn -version" on your machine?
Apache Maven 3.0.3 (r1075438; 2011-02-28 14:31:09-0300)
Maven home: /usr/share/maven
Java version: 1.6.0_45, vendor: Apple Inc.
Java home: /System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home

That's because aapt binary moved to $SDK/build-tools/17.0.0 in latest release.

Off course, so the plugin don't support this changes e we can't update for the 
last android sdk.
There is some expectative about the plugin update? Somebody knows?
