cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.flutterwave.com port 443: Connection refused

hello, when i tried loading the payment gateway page on my shared hosting live server instead of me redirected to a flutterwave payment page i get this instead cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.flutterwave.com port 443: Connection refused (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://api.flutterwave.com/v3/payments

please i need answers on how to fix this issues.

I think this has to do with your internet connection. Check your internet connection and try again.
