i accendtly updated my apple tv to the new software and lost everything i 
jailbreaked.....is there anything i can do to come back to the old software so 
i can rehack it?

just follow the instructions on how to jailbeak your atv, it will upload the 
hacked firmware to enable installation of xbmc
