Description:
  Consider following case:
    uint4 ui4;
    ulong u = ui4.x;

  That would be error because ui4.x is uint1 type.
  We can implicit convert ui4.x from uint1 to uint and uint-ulong, but cannot convert uint1 to ulong.

This issue was updated by revision 23815a699be9.

SASL:
  Caster support once immediate cast for supporting v1 to s cast. e.g.: int1 to float.
  Add test for that.
  Fixed a bug of return expression cast.
  Update code lines.
