Dev is stable enough to move over to the master channel. The work done provides a lot of core functionality to handle nearly all the CRESIS snow radar data formats that we could find. Currently there is only 1 picker available, the wavelet approach. I don't think this represents an alpha or beta release but its a soild point to build from.
