... so that people like me can get some idea of what it looks like before downloading.

From a fellow Scottish Country Dancer (in Wellington, New Zealand) who is excited to see more technical tooling for SCD! Motivated by Hacktoberfest to actually do something about it.

Feel free to ask questions and discuss things. :)

A good idea! However, before I consider the output to be basically stable, I want to at least fix #3, and also do some more extensive testing with real-world examples through the GUI I'm developing. But once the project is at that point, I'll certainly be willing to commit a compiled example to the repository.

(I'd prefer something that could be updated by a continuous-integration system, so I don't have to remember to update it if I do something that would change the way documents using my package look, but I don't expect that will happen often, and I can probably set up a CI test that will break if I do make such a change and forget to update the example's PDF.)

If there's something missing from this class that would be useful, please feel free to let me know by filing an issue. (Thank you for your interest in this! I started working on this after searching for some time and only finding one SCD-related document that mentioned it was typeset with LaTeX, but no libraries.)

Ah, that makes sense. Sorry for jumping ahead. I'll close this pull request. I have no experience of writing LaTeX packages (or anything in Ceylon) so I'm not sure I can be of much help -- but I'm glad a LaTeX package and GUI are being written. All the best. :)
