It Changed MAL! #424

So first time trying this and when i imported my folder into JMM Server and 
installed desktop and used my social sites account (i have UP2DATE MAL)
i exported MAL and imported it into AniDB 
then installed JMM Server/Desktop
after hashing and downloading it started changing some of the Completed series 
in my List as "Watching" and plan to watch as "watching" Also 
witch is sorta annoying i had to re-import my list again
And JMM Server keeps changing it!!
i have some of the completed and to be watched animes in my HDD
but why does it change them from completed or plan to watch to Watching >_<
im currently a MAL Updater user and if doesn't browse or anything but its 
problem free but i wanted to try JMM Desktop to browse through them better :)
