Add Anidb DeleteAction "Mark external storage" #503

I would like to propose that the Anidb DeleteAction gets another Option.
This would be "Mark external storage(DVD/CD)" I only delete files after moving 
them to blueray, but I still want to update jmm without it marking all the 
anime as deleted on anidb.
