@kingoflolz getting access denied error for this, please see below:

tensorflow.python.framework.errors_impl.PermissionDeniedError: Error executing an HTTP request: HTTP response code 403 with body '<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?><Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access denied.</Message><Details>XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.iam.gserviceaccount.com does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object.</Details></Error>' when reading gs://neo-datasets/openwebtext2_new_inputs/eval/openwebtext_9_7_100000.tfrecords [Op:IteratorGetNext]
