mechanism for readers to send feedback email #18

Create a form for readers to send feedback email, possibly a (initially hidden) section on our FAQ page.

There is a broader discussion that should occur in the future about anonymous feedback, discussion boards and/or forums, etc., but for now just send an email, with appropriate security, e.g., without directly exposing the recipient email address to the universe. Allow the email address to be changed easily as well.

This probably means using Zapier or Google Forms or ....

After some consideration, it was decided to simply make a contact email address available on the FAQ page, with some obfuscation of the address.

The requirements of California’s Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other privacy regulations, which we support, create a burden on the collection of email addresses. While this burden is reasonable for larger entities, we don’t want to undertake it for a small website like this.
