5-row qwerty keyboard app doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Doesn't work after install
2. Turned on I'm the settings
3. Rebooted still not working

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
dowloaded new version via cydia I am running firmware 3.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
