Having added both the package Hindi and Easy Hindi, neither is shown as a
keybord
to choose---regardless if browsed from the stock keyboard config section at the
ikeyex config.

*But* I see both Hindi and Easy Hindi if I go to "Mix and match" (iKeyEx).
Hindi is
shown as a _Layout,_ but not shown as a valid Input manager. Obviously,
choosing a
hindi layout and some other input manager only leads to blank keys and crashes
of
app-I'm-in when typing.

iPhone OS version: 3.1
iKeyEx version:  0.1-99j

Where can you find Hindi and Easy Hindi?

I've downloaded the Hindi from BigBoss, and added the keyboard via Mix & Match
as:

Layout -> Hindi
Input Manager -> English

and everything works fine.

Confirmed! Works as a charm.

I had previously tried mixing and matching --- but using Swedish as input, which
didn't get me far (except if crashing would be thus defined). Didn't think of
the
possibility that it'd work better with English. *doh*

It loads (hindi) pretty sluggish though. As far as I can recall, it didn't take
this
long to get from a stock keyboard to a iKeyEx-Hindi one on <3.0. But a) I can be
wrong and b) it's not that big of a deal.

So works, if mixing and matching, using
iPhone OS 3.1
iKeyEx 0.1-99j (also tested 0.1-99f; worked as well)
Hindi 0.0-2
