Fith row not existing

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I know devs hate it when we say this, but it's simply not working. It's 
showing up ib settings, and it looks good in there, but I just don't see 
row5. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
It's the latest ver of the keyboard and I'm on 3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
