no 5th line

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. the app is installed via cydia
2. is enabled in settings
3. pressing the globe button no 5th line is shown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the app has been reinstalled twice

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iphone/3.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
