TracyPlayer does not play stream #777

Describe the bug TracyPlayer does not play stream, but MPC-HC in Windows does play it.

Expected behavior Play smoothly.

Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max / Apple TV 4K (last gen)
OS: iOS 17.5 / tvOS 17.5

It opens now but when I select a higher bitrate, it doesn't play it.

Also, the video track is wrongly reported as 24fps, because it's 30fps, and it causes some de-sync between audio and video.
