Adds new device dump service #17

This adds a new "action" to Home Assistant that'll allow a user to view the list of devices in their setup.

Bump version to patch since this is added to help debug an issue.

would "diagnostics" be a good place to put this?

e.g. like in https://github.com/p0l0/hagruenbeck_cloud/blob/main/custom_components/gruenbeck_cloud/diagnostics.py
