Support multiple DB instance #36

So user can switch between DB instance for 
 * different currency
 * different ?

id, name, currency, desc, system

currency : is a symbol
system : a flag to check the this book is system book or not, system book 
doesn't allow to be deleted

[init]
create a default(1,'book','$','system default book',true)
