SWC component missed! #24

components missing on Efflex_v0.03_fx3_fp9 for Flex 3 in viewStackEffects 
package:
1.FadeTile
2.TileMask
3.FlipPapervision3DTile

why!? :S

How can I make the swc from the code?
What SDK I must use?
How many version of player I can use?

I also notice these are missing from the SWC for Flash Builder 4/Flash Player 
10. FadeBitmapFilter is also missing. 

When will this be resolved? I guess either these effects need to be added, or 
the documentation and the Efflex Explorer need to be updated.
