What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. replace text in one textarea in Example4
2. Click off to unselect.  click on to re-select
3. Drag to move using the center move handle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The box moves w/o affecting text.  Instead, the last character in the text 
field gets chopped off.
