OBJECT_MOVED_EVENT not firing for single clicks #50

It seems that the ObjectHandleEvent.OBJECT_MOVED_EVENT is not being fired if I 
hit an arrow key to move my ObjectHandles. It is fired repeatedly while I hold 
down an arrow key, but for a single tap no event is dispatched.
