Selection of nested ObjectHandles items #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an ObjectHandles component
2. Create another ObjectHandles component and add it to the first component
3. Click inner component (child of the 1st one)

I would like to see the selection of top-most, inner component.
Whether the inner component exceeds the bound of parent component and you
click this child object out of bounds of the parent. Then it selects the
deepest parent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
