Patch for PPStream

Here is the patch for the XBMC ppstream plugin (Dec 01, 2011).

Just unzip the attached file and copy it to the specified directory (readme.txt)

The selected video/movie file for playback does not have contain a valid link 
for download for viewing. It is the website problem. Just select another video 
for playback.

”你当前观看的视频站不能播放，请选择其它节目。“
Literally means, you currently selected video channel cannot playback. Please 
select another program.

Just realised that PPStream has changed the video link, hence the problem that 
you have observed.

hi guys, does upstream plugin work in atv2 ? I can't seem to find the add-on in 
the add-on list to install to apply this patch. appreciate any help. Thanks
