Windows Distribution causes WinZip to complain #326

WinZip complains about three html files nested within plugins - these can be safely ignored, but should be removed from the distribution.

Graeme found a potential issue with the path+file name legnth on Windows XP breaching the 255 char limit depending on where the distribution file is unzipped (It unzips fine in the root but fails on, say, the user desktop).
