Finalise commandline interface for pretty-printing

-pp ? -ppo ? Default output format (plain text) and output location (stdoutput/currentdir?).

My current thoughts are to have the following options:

• -p TYPE where TYPE is txt/html or whatever.
• -po which sets the file where the output should go (output to stdout if not set).
• -pp which is just an alias for -p txt

Thus, the following:

• bonc -pp file1 will pretty-print file1 to stdout
• bonc -pp -po out.txt file1 will pretty-print file1 to out.txt
• bonc -p html will print file1 in html (theoretically) format to stdout
• bonc -p html -po out.html will print file1 in html (theoretically) format to out.html
